Dr. Erica Van Pelt
Dr. Erica Van Pelt is a proud New Jersey native and resides with her family in Cherry Hill. Having practiced dentistry at several practices across the state, she’s grateful for the opportunity to serve communities closer to home.
Dr. Van Pelt earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from NYU College of Dentistry and subsequently completed a General Practice Residency at Monmouth Medical Center. A lifelong learner, Dr. Van Pelt is dedicated to staying up to date on the latest developments in treatment options and is an active member of professional organizations such as SPEAR, Seattle Study Club, Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, NJDA, and Southern Dental Society of NJ.
Beyond dental expertise, Dr. Van Pelt finds joy in building patient relationships and instilling confidence through smiles. Patients often share that Dr. Van Pelt is a reassuring and informative presence, empowering them to make informed decisions about their oral health.
In her personal life, Dr. Van Pelt loves to travel. Her adventures have taken her to archaeological dig sites, glaciers and ice caves, medieval cities, and to every continent except Antarctica. She is an avid reader, enjoying works by authors like Brandon Sanderson, Robin Hobb, and Lois McMaster Bujold. Having been born and raised in South Jersey, she's also a lifelong fan of the Phillies and the Eagles (go birds!).
